I have designed this Artist Awakening Course with the intention of holding a safe and fun container for your creative exploration, expression, empowerment, embodiment and expansion. Throughout the years, I have learned so much in my creative journey—and continue to every day. It is my joy and honor to share some of these foundational wisdom keys of the creative process. Ultimately, it is YOU that gets to traverse through the portals of your own experience, so I have designed this course as largely an individual journey assisted by a daily guidebook and weekly one-on-one chats. There is a gentle and spacious structure to the course that honors the uniqueness of the individual and offers space for personal requests, topics and ideas.

Throughout the whole month I will be holding space for the transformation of each special individual who says Yes to this journey. In the "Artist Awakening" daily guidebook, there are some key themes of creative healing and cultivating a thriving artistic practice, including:
